The 2023 Living Wage for Families BC report is out and, not surprisingly, the Living Wage in Nelson (and everywhere else in the survey) is higher than 2022.

The Living Wage is how much a worker needs to earn to pay for basic essentials like food and rent, along with the ability to have an active and fulfilling family and personal life.
